Food, crafts, art, heritage — we're curating a vendor row that reflects the Eastern Shore and the people who've shaped it. Limited booth space, first come first served.

Booth Options

Vendor lot size and cost.

Cost of lots covers both days of the festival. Double / adjacent spots are allowed if you require more space — cost will also double.

Special Notes

  • Vendors are responsible for their individual setups.
  • All displays, tables, merchandise, and staff must fit within the assigned lot lines.
  • For 10 × 10 spots, straight-leg tents are required to ensure they do not exceed boundaries.
  • Double / adjacent spots are allowed if you require more space. Cost will also double.
  • Cost of lots covers both days of festival.
  • Vendors can set up as early as 6:00 AM on July 11, 2026. If you need more time for setup, please refer to FOSR contacts.
  • Gates open to the public at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 11 and 12:00 noon Sunday, July 12, 2026.
  • There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed for purchase at the festival.
  • Vendors are responsible for their individual breakdown and cleanup.
  • Trash haul-away is provided by the City of Cambridge.
